On Formulating Rules of National Information Policies & Statues

【Abstract】Information policies and statutes are two important means , by which nations administrate information activities on macro2level. The object of them is to seek the balance of right s and interests, and the economic efficiency. While formulating information policies and statutes, such rules as follows should be abided by: different emphasis should be laid on policy guidance; division of work as well as coordination of effort should be carried through between policies and statues; base upon reality while considering long term reality.
